A Little Bird

Today I just want to remind you that God has His eyes on you. He has you on His radar. Whether things are going as they should or not, God has you covered. Sometimes it may not look like that but you can be sure that God cares about you. How do I know this? Because His word says so.

Listen to Jesus, "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care." Matthew 10:29. If God cares about a little bird then you can be sure He is concerned about you, cares for you and will take care of you. You are the most important among His creation.

Charles Spurgeon said God takes better care of us than we can take of ourselves and that no man ever counted the hairs of his head. Yet, God has numbered all the hairs on your head! That is the kind of God we serve.

If you are a bit apprehensive about the coming year, wondering how it will turn out, know that the same God who has been with you in 2020 will also be with you in 2021. If you are a bit sad about some situation you are in right now, know that God sees you and He will make sure you come out ok. Remember, He watches over even the little birds who are nowhere near as valuable as you! You will be fine!
